% 10.08.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the disputes between the parties have been settled in terms of the settlement deed annexed with I.A.13878/2017 dated 28th September, 2017. In terms of the said settlement, the plot bearing No.J-129, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi has been handed over to the Plaintiffs. Learned counsel for the Defendants also confirms that they do not have any claim against the said property. The property having been handed over and the sale deed having been executed, as confirmed by the parties, the settlement agreement has been given full effect to. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs undertakes to withdraw the suit bearing No.609604/2016, which is currently pending before the learned ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Settlement having been arrived at between the parties, which has been implemented, no disputes are left between the parties. The suit is decreed as per the settlement terms. Decree sheet be drawn up.
