% 25.11.2016 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd August, 2013 passed by this Court in WP(C) 1415/2013. The relevant portion of the said order is reproduced hereinbelow:- "17.To balance the equities, the petitioner is directed to make the entire payment of the Flat within eight weeks of intimation of cost by DDA along with simple interest @ 7% from 27th April, 2006, the date when the DDA filed its affidavit before the District Forum."

With consent of parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall make payment in accordance with the demand-cum-allotment letter

dated 11th January, 2016 attached as Annexure-A to the reply to the present contempt petition, within a period of ninety days. With the aforesaid direction, the present contempt petition and pending applications stand disposed of.
