This application has been filed seeking rectification of a typographical error in order dated 13th November, 2024.

Petitioner seeks rectification in paragraphs 2 and 5 of the order dated 13th November 2024.

Accordingly, paragraph 2 will now be read as under: "Paragraph 2 Petitioner no.2 & 3 and respondent no.2 are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the respective counsel. Petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are residing abroad and represented by petitioner no.2 their SPA Holder, who is present in the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. And paragraph 5 will now read as under:

" Paragraph 5 Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 301/2023, PS Tilak Nagar, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed."

Accordingly, the said order is rectified as noted above. 5.

Application is disposed of.
