The petition is filed for the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to clear pending bills dated 16.04.2020, 17.02.2021, 17.06.2021 and 24.03.2022 raised by the Petitioner the light of the order dated 09.01.2023 passed by this Hon'ble court in the case of W.P.(C) 15599/2022 Dalit Manav Uthan Sansthan And Ors Vs. State of NCT of Delhi and Ors.
b) Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

A short affidavit dated 04.04.2026 filed by respondent-GNCTD would indicate that the matter is being considered at the level of District Administration, North East, and it is stated that after scrutiny of records, verification of facts, and consideration in light of applicable policies and guidelines and financial norms, the final decision shall be taken. 3.

Paragraph nos.12 and 15 of the said affidavit are extracted as under: "12. That in compliance with the observations so made, the matter now requires a comprehensive re-examination at the level of the District Administration, North East, including scrutiny of records, verification of facts, and consideration in light of applicable policies and guidelines and financial norms.
15. that in these circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant a period of 2 months to the office of the District Magistrate, North East to review the matter and take necessary action in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and norms. "

In view of the aforesaid, let the respondent to take issue as stated above, to its logical conclusion within two months from today. 6.
If the petitioner, thereafter, has any grievance, shall be at liberty to take recourse in accordance with law.

With these observations, leaving all rights and contentions open, petition stands disposed of.
