I.A. 10771/2025 is a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The application is duly signed by the plaintiff and defendants no.1, 2 and 3. Defendants no.4 and 5 are minor and were represented by their father, defendant no.2.

Application is duly supported by the affidavits of aforesaid parties. Along with the application, a memorandum of settlement dated 23rd April, 2025 has been filed.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Statement of the parties have been recorded before the Joint Registrar on 1st May, 2025.

The application as well as the aforesaid memorandum of settlement shall form part of the decree.
