Today, learned counsel for the appellants has handed over a photocopy of the sealing-cum-demolition order dated 2nd August, 2024. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the appellants wishes to withdraw the present appeal as well as the underlying writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 2nd August, 2024 before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present appeal alongwith pending applications stands disposed of. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
