% 06.01.2016 I.A. No.22942/2014 (u/o XXXIX R.2A CPC, by D-1) and CS(OS) No.1193/2012 Rejoinder is not filed by defendant No.1.

The right to file the same is closed.

The plaintiff filed the suit for partition and permanent injunction. The valuation of the suit is Rs.75,26,580/-. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 18th March, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendants or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendants as well as their counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff will also inform the learned counsel for the defendants about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
