In view of the ground stated, the IA stands allowed, for early hearing for IA No. 4556/2017 .

IA No. 4556/2017 (u/S 151 CPC for return of original Will dated 31.01.1963 & 02.05.1985) The applicant/defendant No.2 has prayed that the documents submitted by him i.e. the Will dated 31.01.1963 executed by Sh Ram Rattan Sethi and the Will dated 02.05.1985 executed by Smt Kamla Sethi be returned to him as the suit CS (OS) No. 873/2010 already stands disposed of by the order dated 02.02.2016 of the Hon'ble Court after a compromise was effected between the parties. I perused the order dated 02.02.2016 and the record.

The original documents be returned to the applicant/defendant No.2 on submitting a certified copy of the both the documents on record and on proper receipt and identification. The applicant will appear before AR (O) on 26.04.2017 at 3:00 PM.

The early date of 24.05.2017 given for this IA stands cancelled. Accordingly, IA stands disposed of.
