After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw this appeal. He also makes a prayer that as on date, arrears have mounted to the tune of `3 lakhs. The appellant is permitted to pay the arrears in six monthly equated instalments commencing from 1st April, 2016.
All amounts payable to the respondent-wife shall be paid by RTGS transfer into her saving bank account on or before the 7th day of each English calendar month.

In case, the appellant does not have the details of the saving bank account maintained by the respondent, the same may be MAT.APP.(F.C) No.38/2016
enquired by him from the counsel representing the respondent in the trial court. It shall be the sole responsibility of the appellant to ascertain the account details and to ensure their deposit. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the parties' respective cases hereby. In view of the above, the appeal and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
