Sarojini Nagar Market after conducting survey in accordance with law; and (b) Directing the Respondents to not interfere in peaceful vending activities being carried out by the Petitioner at the Sarojini Nagar Market site until the Respondents conclude the procedure for allotment of sites to eligible vendors at the Sarojini Nagar Market; Any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of petitioner and against respondents." 2.

Bearing in mind the directions issued and which stand embodied in our orders of 25 September 2017 and 01 November 2017 passed on writ petitions preferred earlier, we fail to find any justification in the writ petitioner approaching this Court again. 3.

The writ petitions shall stand dismissed.
