This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to set aside/quash the arbitrary and incorrect Impugned Decision dated 03.11.2023 issued by the Respondent No.1 denying processing of the claim of the Petitioner and denying full coverage of the insurance policy to the Petitioner, b. procedure performed on the Petitioner along with interest. c. Award costs of this Petition to the Petitioner; . . ."

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Mathur, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Nanda, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2.

Mr. Mathur, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, on instructions, states that the amount due and payable to the petitioner shall be paid within 4 weeks from today.

Taking his statement on record and binding the respondent No.1 to the same, the petition is disposed of.

The other issues raised in the present petition are left open to be adjudicated in appropriate proceedings.
