Learned counsel representing the parties after addressing arguments at sufficient length have come to a consensus and submit that the Petitioners obtained M.Sc. (Physics) through distance mode and not B.E./B.Tech. Hence, they jointly pray for remitting the matter back to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as „Tribunal‟]. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case has not been addressed by the Tribunal. This contention is not disputed by the learned counsel representing the Respondent.

Hence, the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the Tribunal is set aside, while remitting the matter back to the Tribunal to decide afresh. 4.
