Learned counsel who appears for the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)/respondent no.2 on instructions submits that NTPC and the petitioner have entered into a settlement agreement dated 21.01.2026 with respect to the main dispute between the said parties. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law if the settlement agreement is not fully adhered to.
