Present petition has been filed seeking dismissal of the Regular Appeal No. 214/2023 preferred by Respondent No.1 which is pending adjudication before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi. 2.

A perusal of paper book reveals that the matter is listed for arguments before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal on 4th November, 2024. 3.

This Court has no doubt that the Tribunal shall make an earnest effort to hear and decide the appeal filed by the respondent no.1 on the next date of hearing. Accordingly, the present writ petition and application are disposed of.
