Present petition has been filed seeking directions to set aside the bid number GEM/2024/B/5433365 dated 24th September, 2024 offered by the Respondents on the Government e-Marketplace ("GEM") for procurement of "off the road tyres"(OTR Tyres) for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the impugned bid has been tailor-made to suit the convenience of a particular private party bidder and to eliminate all others unfairly from the bidding process. 3.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the Petitioner has made a representation to the Respondents dated 30th September, 2024 / 1st October, 2024 and a reminder dated 8th October, 2024. However, according to the petitioner, no response has been received till date. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Consequently, the present petition and applications are disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 30th September, 2024 / 1st October, 2024 in accordance with law within one week. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
