% 17.05.2017 The fifth respondent Ram Avtar and Sonu @ Yogita brother and sister in law (bhabhi) of the second petitioner Anuradha are present pursuant to notices.

On being asked, they state that they are reconciled to the fact that the second petitioner is major and her claim to have married the first petitioner out of her own choice and will. They submit that they do not wish or intend to bring any harm to her or to the first petitioner. With this undertaking recorded, the petitioners do not press for any further directions in these proceedings.

The petition stands disposed of.
