Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeks a direction to concerned police officials to provide her protection against the threats given by Respondents Nos.3 and 4.

Interim Protection has already been provided to the Petitioner vide Order dated 15.10.2024.

It is submitted that the Parties are now living happily and there is no dispute surviving and also there is no apprehension of any threat to the life and liberty of the Petitioner.

In view of aforesaid, present Writ Petition along with pending Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
