% 15.10.2024 CRL.M.A. 30968/2024 (exemption) Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 3201/2024 Present petition has been filed for grant of parole for a period of three months in case FIR no.26/1998 under Section 302/201 IPC at PS Ambedkar Nagar. Learned counsel submits that the application for parole was sent by e-mail on 06.09.2024, however, till date no response has been received. It has been submitted that the marriage of the daughter is to be taken place on 17.11.2024.

Issue notice. Learned Additional Standing counsel for the State has accepted the notice.
