The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed challenging the impugned detention order dated 21st August, 2024 passed under Section 3(1) of COFEPOSA Act, 1974.

The Court has been informed today that the Central Advisory Board had given an opinion to withdraw the detention order dated 21st August, 2024. In view thereof, the competent authority has revoked the said detention order vide order dated 6th November, 2024.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petitions as they are have become infructuous. 5.
