By way of the present petition, the petitioner/NCB seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 12.09.2025, passed by the learned Special Judge, (NDPS Act), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi vide which the respondent herein was granted permission to travel abroad from 14.09.2025 to 04.10.2025 on the ground that he had to attend cremation and funeral of his mother who had expired on 03.09.2025.

The learned Senior Standing Counsel for petitioner/NCB informs this Court that the respondent herein has not travelled abroad as per the permission granted to him.

It is clarified that the case was not heard on merits.
