This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from offering services, advertising, promoting and/or using, in any manner whatsoever, the impugned trademark/corporate name/ abbreviation mark deceptively and/or confusingly similar to Plaintiff's registered 'Maple Capital Advisors', 'Maple Capital' and 'Maple Advisors', trademarks/corporate name and/or from passing off, unfair competition, etc., amongst other reliefs.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 08.10.2025, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed between the parties, incorporating the terms of settlement. In light of the settlement, counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the suit be decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants, in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the settlement to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants in terms of the Settlement Agreement, which shall bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6.

Suit is disposed of along with the pending application. 7.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
