The present Appeal, filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Section 10(1) of the Delhi High Court Act, challenges the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in case bearing CS(OS) No. 182/2023.

Learned counsel for the Appellant prays for permission to withdraw the present Appeal because a subsequent order dated 19.09.2025 has been passed and the Appellant wishes to file a common Appeal against the order passed on 19.09.2025 & 24.01.2025.
