O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 780/2025 1.

This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of 6 months to make and pass the Award.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the record is voluminous and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondents. 4.

Mr. Jetly, learned CGSC, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

In the view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 6 months from today. 7.
