The present application has been moved jointly by the parties to the appeal.

Respondent- Mr. Vijay Jain has joined through video conferencing and is identified by counsel appearing for the applicant Mr. Amit Gupta, Advocate.

A request is made to dispose of the appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties vide Settlement Deed dated 19th December 2025.

It is brought to our notice that already the proceedings being S.C.C No.173796/2025- Laurus Tradecon Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Victory Marketing & Mr. Vijay Jain has resulted into acquittal of the accused pursuant to the order passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune. The other proceedings are already informed to have been undertaken to be withdrawn as reflected in the Settlement Deed. 6.

As such, as jointly prayed, we deem it appropriate to allow the present application in terms of prayer clause 'a' and the appeal being RFA (COMM) 552/2025 stands disposed of in above terms.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. RFA(COMM) 552/2025 8.

In view of the above observations, the appeal stands disposed of. 9.

The next date already fixed i.e. of 11th March 2026, stands cancelled accordingly.
