Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the suit which was filed by the Respondents/Plaintiffs before the learned Trial Court has been withdrawn in view of a settlement arrived at between the parties. He seeks to rely upon the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by the learned District Judge02, South-West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners thus submits that in view thereof, the Petition has become infructuous. He seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending Applications stand closed.
