O R D E R

By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions for investigation in the affairs of the company i.e. Center for Vocational & Entrepreneurship Studies (CVES) formerly known as International Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM), by the Respondent No. 3/ SFIO. 2.
During the course of hearing, it transpires that the petitioner has already submitted a representation in this regard to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Registrar of Companies (ROC). 3.
The above representation/s are in the backdrop of order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court which, inter alia, observes as under: "4. This petition has been filed for transferring of investigation in FIR No. 141 of 2016 under Sections 120B and 420 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar to the Serious Fraud The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the investigation has many lacunas and considering the expanse of offences involved and the allegations made, it would be appropriate if the SFIO to investigate the matter.
6. Learned APP for the State submits that Status Report has been filed.
7. As per the Status Report, the charge sheet has already been filed and charges are yet to be framed.
8. Learned counsel for accused-respondent no.2 draws attention to Section 212 of the Companies Act as per which, the SFIO investigation can only be triggered by an opinion of the Central Government.
9. Notwithstanding, the respective contentions of the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that they will approach the SFIO with a detailed representation placing their submissions for the SFIO to consider. 10. Liberty is granted."

In the circumstances, the concerned authorities viz. Ministry of Corporate Affairs/Registrar of Companies are directed to expeditiously consider the representation of the petitioner seeking investigation into the affairs of the aforesaid company by the Respondent No. 3/SFIO. 5.
Let the said representation be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by way of reasoned order, preferably within a period of 4 weeks from today under intimation to the petitioner.
