Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner Naveen Sahdev for quashing of FIR No.0116/2017 under Sections 406/420/201/120B/34/174A IPC, registered at P.S.: Karol Bagh, Delhi.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheet was filed in the year 2022 and the matter is fixed for arguments on Charge on 13.11.2025. However, Petitioner is seeking adjournments for addressing arguments. 3.

Record shows that none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner on the last date of hearing and today also, none is present. 4.

Accordingly, Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
