The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accepts notice. 3.
The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:
"a. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to call the Award file of Award No. 21/1992-93, dated 18.06.1992 of the petitioners land. b.
Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 & 2 to make correct apportionment of compensation W.P.(C)-14462/2024 10 and to pay to petitioners with all statutory benefits and interests for their land included in Award No. 21/1992-93, dated 18.06.1992 of Village Jasola as per their shares within time bound manner.

Pass any other writ, order or direction that may be deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of the case by this Hon'ble Court."

The petitioners claim that they are the recorded owners/bhumidars of the land comprising in khasra no. 325 (10-1), 540 to 545/461 min (64-12), The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 457/2 (0-04), 342 (5-01), 377 (10-06) situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Jasola, District South East Delhi (hereinafter referred the subject land). It is stated that the same was acquired vide Award No. 21/1992-93, dated 18.06.1992. It is the petitioners' case that they have made repeated representations with the respondent no.1/Land Acquisition Collector (LAC), however, no compensation has been disbursed to them. 5.
In view of the above, we consider it apposite to dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent no.1/LAC to decide the petitioners' representations and, in case they are entitled to receive the compensation for acquisition of the land, to disburse the same alongwith all statutory benefits to which the petitioners may be entitled to.

The petitioners have filed an application dated 06.02.2024 for disbursement of compensation as well as copies of certain reminders. The respondent no.1/LAC shall consider the same as well as the averments made in the present petition as an integral part of the petitioners' representation. We request the respondent no.1/LAC to pass an appropriate order in regard to the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date. It is clarified that all rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
