The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a) A Civil Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, directing Respondent to decide the Petitioner's Appeal dated 20.8.2025, in compliance of the decision dated 16.6.2025, seeking extension of approval for Session 2025-2026 with intake of 60 students in D. PHARM course forthwith." 2.
