The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks quashing of FIR No. 823/2022, registered at P.S. Jyoti Nagar for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

Upon conclusion of investigation, chargesheet was filed, wherein the Petitioners' names have been mentioned in Column No. 12. 3.

Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the main accused and the Complainant in the subject FIR have amicably settled their dispute, and as such, nothing survives in the FIR.
