This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023, seeking protection of fundamental right of life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 2.

Mr. Hemant Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that petitioner has issued instructions to him for withdrawal of the petition. Accordingly, he prays that petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
