% 18.03.2026 Mr. Sarthak Maggon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the court that vide minutes of meeting dated 23.12.2025 of the Sentence Review Board and order dated 05.02.2026 made by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Home Department, the petitioner's (Sanjeev Mahajan s/o Sohan Lal) sentence has been remitted. A copy of the order dated 05.02.2026 has been handed-up in court. The same is taken on record.

Mr. Maggon submits that in any case the petitioner was out on furlough which was extended by orders in the present proceedings. In the circumstances, Mr. Maggon prays that the present petition be disposed-of as infructuous.
