Impugned order reads as under:- "Mr.J.P.Senth, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company, on instructions, prays for an accommodation in order to ensure the presence of the managing director of the respondent company before this Court on the next date of hearing.

Mr.Janak Goyal, director shall remain present in court so as to enable this Court to question him with regard to the state of affairs of the company, if considered necessary.

Renotify on 17th March, 2017."

We are of the opinion that no appeal would lie against the impugned order.

As regards the grievance of the appellant of status quo not being vacated, resulting in the appellant not being able to generate the money to satisfy the claim of the respondent, we hope and expect that on the next date of hearing which is March 17, 2017 the learned Single Judge shall spare sometime and decide CA No.307/2017 filed by the appellant. 4.

The appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

No costs.
