The present application has been filed by the Petitioner/Applicant under Section 151 of the CPC praying for an early hearing to withdraw the present writ petition, which challenges the following three Show Cause Notices:

According to the Petitioner, the adjudication proceedings in respect of the said show cause notices are proceeding before the respective adjudicating authorities. Hence, the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. 4.

It is made clear that all the rights and remedies of the Petitioner in respect of any orders passed by the adjudicating authority, are left open to be availed of in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
