Judge01, Family Court, South-East District, Saket Court, Delhi ( Ld. Saket Court) to the Court of Sh. Neeraj Gaur, Ld. Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi (Ld. Rohini Court) wherein the maintenance petition U/s 125 Cr.P.C filed by the Petitioner bearing Mt Case no. 436/2023 titled as" Shefali Sharma@ Shefali Aswal & Anr. Vs Diwanshu Aswal" is currently pending adjudication in accordance with law;

b) Any other order(s)/relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity."
