% 06.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of money. The valuation of the suit is Rs.24,75,000/-.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Karkardooma (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 31st March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendant or his counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendant as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff will also inform the learned counsel for the defendant about the orders passed by this Court through Regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
