This is a joint application filed by the parties, inter alia, praying that the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2025 - which was arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) - be taken on the record.

Additionally, the parties pray that the amount of ₹5,00,000/- which was deposited by the appellant before this court be released to the appellant along with the accrued interest, if any.

The settlement agreement dated 10.03.2025 is placed on the record. The parties are bound down to the settlement agreement dated 10.03.2025. 4.
The Registry is directed to release the amount of ₹5,00,000/- deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest to the appellant. 5.
