14.02.2017 matters is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court inXfl/// Gulati Us. Govt. of NCT ofDelhi, 176 (2011) DLTl In fact, the present batch of matters has been repeatedly adjourned to await the orders in LPA No.724/2011. . .

■ However, neither pendency of the Letters Patent Appeal nor the

stay granted by the Division Bench can take away the precedentary value of the judgment of the Coordinate Bench in Lali, Gulati (supra) Consequently, the present writ petitions are disposed of in accordance with the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Lalit Gulati (supra).
