Pursuant to the previous order dated 04th April 2025, the report of the Counselor has been placed in a confidential sealed cover before this Court, which the Court has perused.

Based on the report and the previous observations made by the Court on 03rd March 2025, the visitation which had been directed by order dated 18th July 2024 by the Family Court-02, Shahdara, Karkadooma Courts will have to be modified and will be subject to the following directions, which are necessitated in the interest of child and the role of the Court as a parens patriae:

i.

room in the Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 01st and 3rd Saturday of every month between 04:00 to 05:00 P.M. ii.

The interaction between the father and the child will also have the presence of the mother and the Counselor; preferably the Counselor, who had submitted the said report.

iii.

Copy of order be sent to the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

iv.

Aforesaid directions are being passed with the consent of counsels for parties, as well as the parties who are both present in Court. 3.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
