% 17.02.2020 Ld. counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to approach the appropriate forum for challenging the order dated 22nd December, 2016.

Ld. counsel for the Respondent submits that no benefit for the period during which the petition was pending in this Court ought to be granted. This Court is not commenting on the question as to whether any benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act 1963, if sought, should be granted or not. However, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. PRATHIBA M.
