By this petition the petitioner had challenged the order dated 23rd February, 2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate wherein declining to grant exemption from appearance to the petitioner, learned Trial Court issued non-bailable warrants, returnable for 4th April, 2018 contrary to the law laid down by this Court in Court on its own Motion vs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported as 109 (2003) DLT 494. 2.
On the last date of hearing, this Court modified the order passed by the learned Trial Court issuing non-bailable warrants and directed that the same be treated as bailable warrants against the petitioner in the sum of ₹10,000/- to be executed through the SHO concerned returnable on 4th April, 2018 before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 28th February, 2018 passed by this Court the petitioner has already appeared before the learned Trial Court.

Consequently, nothing further survives in the present petition. 5.
