The Court is glad to note that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, recording the said settlement, the mediation is closed. 2.

The report of the Mediation Centre which has been handed over, be placed on record.

The dispute between the parties, therefore, does not survive for further consideration.

Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that CS (Comm) 939/2024 pending before the learned Commercial Court can be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 6.

Accordingly, the suit shall stands decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 7 July 2025.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in those terms. 8.

The suit, as well as the present appeal, stand disposed of accordingly.
