% 05.05.2015 Respondents nos. 2, 3 and 4 are brothers of petitioner No.2. Respondent nos.2 and 4 are present in court and submit that respondent no. 4 has left the house about 10 to 12 years ago and there is no question of his extending threats to the petitioners. Petitioner no.2 has married the petitioner no.1 in Arya Samaj Mandir, Harit Vihar without the consent of respondents no.2 & 3. Petitioners have alleged that respondents are extending threats to them and they be provided police protection .
Vide order dated 15th April, 2015, the Station House Officer, P.S. K.N. Katju Marg was directed to ensure the safety of petitioners. Learned Additional Standing Counsel informs that the house of petitioners falls within the jurisdiction of Police Station Prashant
Vihar and the SHO, Police Station, Prashant Vihar was informed about this fact who has sensitized the Beat Officer. Respondents No.2 & 3 submit that petitioner No.2 is major. If she has married petitioner No.1 out of her own freewill then they have no objection to their marriage. It is further submitted that they had not threatened the petitioners nor they have any intention to do so. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the SHO, P.S. Prashant Vihar to provide necessary protection to the petitioners in case any complaint is received from them. A.K. PATHAK, J.
