It is stated that the parties have settled the matter and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 02.09.2025.

The respondent has received a sum of Rs. 1,77,45,500 by way of Demand Draft in addition to Rs. 5 lakhs by way of online payment transfer.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.

Hence, binding the parties to the terms of the Settlement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Settlement Agreement handed over in Court today is taken on record.
