% 07.05.2015 Petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the Police Station Jamia Nagar in the FIR No. 1304/2014 under Section 337 IPC.
It is prayed that investigation be transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation or Crime Branch of Delhi Police. It is contended that deceased
Mohd. Shahrukh Khan, son of the petitioner was in fact murdered by respondent nos. 6 and his family members; whereas local police is giving it a colour of accidental fall. Respondent no. 5 is not related to respondent no.
6. In fact, he is friend of the deceased. He was present at the spot. Learned Standing Counsel submits that respondent no. 5 has made a statement that it is a case of accidental fall. It is submitted that Ms. Tarranu was also present with the petitioner's son and she has also made a statement in line with respondent no. 5.
However, it is submitted that investigation would be transferred to D.I.U. (District South East) to satisfy the petitioner. Let investigation be transferred to D.I.U. (District South East). Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
