It has been observed that on the previous three to four occasions, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner even today. It has been informed by the Investigating Officer that despite service of notice, the petitioner is not coming forward.

It seems that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the present matter. Accordingly, the present petition along with the pending applications, if any, dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
