A perusal of the order sheets show that the bail application was dismissed by the Sessions Court on 12.01.2021. 2.

Thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court and on 24.03.2024, the bail application of the petitioner was dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

In this view of the matter and in view that considerable time has elapsed, substantial evidence of the prosecution has been recorded, Mr. Kumar, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the petitioner with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

For the said reasons, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
