% 27.02.2017 Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP accepts notice for the respondent no. 1. Respondent no. 2 is also present and accepts notice. She has produced entry-pass as well as her Aadhar Card. Photocopy of Aadhar Card is taken on record. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Compromise Deed dated 22nd January, 2017. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. She further submits she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and

respondent no. 2 vide Annexure P-3, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 441/2015 under Section 354(A) IPC registered at Police Station Palam Village and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
