The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondent for the alleged willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13104/2024.

Mr. Avishkar Singhvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

In a nutshell, this Court has directed the respondent to cancel the GST registration of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible which evidently has not been done.
