The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful disobedience of the undertaking given to the Court on various dates, thereby seeking time to make the payment of the decretal amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the execution proceedings are pending before the learned Trial Court and are coming up for hearing on 21.10.2024.
